Accessible Seating
ADA seating at RIFC matches is reserved for fans with accessibility requirements and their guests. Subject to availability, fans requiring ADA seating can purchase one accessible seat and, subject to availability, up to three companion seats next to the accessible seat. If companion seats are not available next to an accessible seat, RIFC will provide additional seats for companions as close as possible to the accessible seat.
All ADA ticket holders should enter through Gate B. ADA seats in the North Bleachers are accessible via the ramp on the east end of the North Bleachers. ADA seats in the East Bleachers are accessible via the ramps on the north and south ends of the East Bleachers.
Contact tickets@rhodeislandfc.com for ADA seating availability and options. RIFC will work with fans on a case-by-case basis to make accommodations for individuals as needed.
Advance Ticket Purchases
Advance tickets for matches can be purchased at www.rhodeislandfc.com/tickets. If tickets are available on the day of a match they may be purchased at the box office, located near Gate A.
Alcohol
RIFC encourages responsible drinking. Proper identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol inside the stadium.
- Any person attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages must show a valid form of identification. Accepted forms of identification are; Any valid state driver’s license, valid military ID, passport or Rhode Island State ID card.
- A limit of two alcoholic beverages will be sold per person per purchase. This limit may be reduced by RIFC staff at their discretion.
- Any person observed passing alcoholic beverages to an underage person is subject to prosecution and/or ejection from the stadium.
- Alcohol will not be allowed into or out of the stadium.
- Alcohol sales will end in the 70th minute of the match.
- RIFC staff reserve the right to discontinue alcohol sales to any person at any time.
Anthem Singers
Performers interested in singing the National Anthem for RIFC home matches should contact goal@rhodeislandfc.com.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations can be found inside the public restrooms located under sections 4 & 6 of the East side bleachers.
Bag Policy
Clear bags, diaper bags, and medical bags are permitted but are subject to search upon entry. A small wristlet or handheld wall, with or without a strap, is allowed if it does not exceed 6.5” x 4.5”. Bags that are clear plastic, clear vinyl or PVC must not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”. To request an exception to the stadium’s bag policy, please email goal@rhodeislandfc.com at least 48 hours in advance of the match you plan to attend.
Banners and Signs
Handheld signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the stadium to show fan support during matches. Please keep in mind that all banners and signs:
- May not be larger than 3 feet tall by 3 feet wide.
- Only flexible PVC flag poles are permitted in the stadium.
- Must be relevant to the match or RIFC.
- May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by RIFC management in their sole discretion.
- May not be constructed or displayed in a way that may obstruct the view of other guests, create a safety hazard for others, or cover existing stadium signage.
- Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of RIFC management.
All banners or signs that do not fall within the above guidelines must be approved by the RIFC front office no later than 48 hours before the match. Guests may submit a request for entry in writing to goal@rhodeislandfc.com.
Beverages, Food & Containers
No outside food or beverage will be allowed into the stadium. Exceptions for people with dietary restrictions or health conditions may be requested by emailing goal@rhodeislandfc.com.
Birthdays
For fans celebrating a birthday while attending a match, please contact goal@rhodeislandfc.com.
Cameras & Video Equipment
Fans can bring cameras with lenses no larger than 70mm, provided photos or videos are for personal use only. The use of tripods and selfie sticks is not permitted. Video reproduction of game action and live streaming matches is prohibited without express written consent from RIFC.
Celebratory Announcements
For any in-match PA (Public Address) announcement or scoreboard message requests, please email goal@rhodeislandfc.com no less than 48 hours prior to the match you are attending. Please note that not all requests can be accommodated.
Cellular Service
Please be advised that due to the high number of attendees, you may experience slower Wi-Fi and cellular service connectivity during the event.
Children’s Tickets
Children two years old and younger do not need a ticket, provided they sit on their guardian’s lap. If a child requires their own seat, a ticket will be required.
Comments/Suggestions
Fans wishing to speak with an RIFC club representative can visit the fan services tent in the Fan Fest area. Fans can also email comments or suggestions to goal@rhodeislandfc.com.
Concessions
Fans can email comments or suggestions about concessions to goal@rhodeislandfc.com. Fans that have questions about food allergies and other types of dietary restrictions should contact goal@rhodeislandfc.com.
Digital Tickets
To access your digital tickets, sign into your account via your phone’s web browser or the SeatGeek app. It is recommended that you save your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arrival as you may experience slower Wi-Fi and cellular service connectivity during the match due to the high number of attendees. If you have difficulties accessing your tickets before or upon arrival at the stadium, please visit the box office, located near Gate A.
Directions
- From Route 95: Take Route 295 to Route 7 north (Exit 8B). Bryant is one mile north on the left.
- From 195 West: Follow into Providence, RI, and take 95N to146N. Follow 146N to Lincoln, RI, and take the exit for 116S. Follow 116S to the light at the intersection of Route 7. Make a right on Route 7 (heading north). Follow 1 mile to the entrance of the College on the left.
- From the Massachusetts Pike (Route 90): Take Exit 10A to Route 146 south. Route 146 to Route 295 south. Route 295 South to Route 7 north (Exit 8B). Bryant is one mile north on the left.
- From Route 146: Take Route 295 south to Route 7 north (Exit 8B). Bryant is one mile north on the left.
- From Route 84: Take Route 6 east to Route 295 north. Route 295 north to Route 7 north (Exit 8B). Bryant is one mile north on the left.
- From Cape Cod (Bourne Bridge): Take Route 25 west to Route 495 north to Route 95 south to Route 295 south to Route 7 north (Exit 8B). Bryant is one mile north on the left.

Emergency Procedures
In case of emergency or severe weather, please follow instructions delivered by RIFC staff, the public address system, and the video display board in the north-west corner of the stadium.
Fan Code of Conduct
To read the club’s full Fan Code of Conduct, click here. RIFC staff have the discretion to intervene in any situation if they believe a fan is not contributing to a safe environment.
RIFC fans not adhering to the above or any other terms of the Fan Code of Conduct may be removed from the stadium, without refund or re-entry. For serious violations of the Code of Conduct, RIFC and the stadium further reserve the right to ban fans from future RIFC matches and events, as determined in their sole discretion. RIFC staff reserve the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior. If you are experiencing issues in-game, please contact the nearest RIFC staff member for assistance.
Field Trespassing
Fans attempting to enter the field of play before, during, or after a match without prior written approval from RIFC will be removed from the stadium immediately and may be banned from the stadium for future RIFC matches.
First Aid Location
There is a First Aid Station located in the Fan Fest area of the stadium, near Gate B. If you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest RIFC staff member.
Gate Times
Stadium gates will typically open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled kick-off time. Any exceptions will be communicated on RIFC’s social media channels.
Giveaways
Promotional items, or “giveaways,” are available during select match dates to fans that possess a valid ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. One item per guest. Guests must attend the match in person to receive a promotional item.
Fan Services
The Fan Services tent is located in the Fan Fest area near Gate B. It will be open when gates open (90 minutes prior to kickoff unless communicated otherwise) and will stay open until 30 minutes after the final whistle.
Kids Club
TheTerRIFC Kids Club is completely free and is open to children 12 and under. You can register here or in person at RIFC home matches by visiting the Ticketing Table located in the Fan Fest Area. Click here for more information.
Lost and Found
During matches, fans may inquire about lost and found items at the Fan Services tent in the Fan Fest area. Fans can inquire about lost and found items by emailing goal@rhodeislandfc.com or calling RIFC at 401-955-RIFC (7432).
Lost Children
If a child is lost or separated from your group, please notify the nearest RIFC staff member immediately and security will be informed. Lost children will be taken to the Fan Services tent in the Fan Fest area. Parents who are looking for their children should also head to the Fan Services tent after notifying staff. RIFC encourages fans to instruct their children on what to do if they become separated from their parents, guardians, or group.
Mascot
Chip is the official club mascot of RIFC. Chip the harbor seal has 13 whiskers, one for each star on the Rhode Island state flag, which represent the state’s history as the 13th state to sign the constitution. His spots are shaped like the Club’s official crest and his nose is an anchor. Chip loves fish & chips, quahogs, New York System wieners, and coffee milk.
Methods of Payment
The RIFC box office, merchandise stands, and concession stands are cashless. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express will be accepted at these locations. Independent food trucks on site may or may not accept cash as a form of payment.
RIFC event attendees can convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards, in $20 and $50 increments on matchdays. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted. There is no cost to get a card, and there are no fees to use the card. Cards can be used anywhere, inside or outside of Beirne Stadium. Any money remaining on a card after a RIFC event can be spent outside of the stadium. Cards are not reloadable. Event attendees wanting to exchange cash for Visa® prepaid cards can do so at the RIFC Fan Services Tent.
Merchandise
RIFC merchandise tents will be open during home matches from the time gates open until approximately 30 minutes after the final whistle. Fans can also purchase RIFC merchandise at shop.rhodeislandfc.com.
Noise Making Devices
Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, vuvuzelas, and whistles are prohibited.
Paging (In-Stadium)
Paging is only available in an emergency. PA announcements can be requested at the Fan Services tent in the Fan Fest area. RIFC reserves the right to refuse requests at their discretion.
Parking
All lots open three (3) hours prior to kickoff unless communicated otherwise. RIFC operates multiple lots including several Bryant University lots for RIFC matches. For fans who have purchased a parking pass for the season, you must have your parking pass available using your mobile device when you arrive.
There is a limited number of handicap-accessible parking spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you require an accessible parking space, please notify the nearest parking attendant when you arrive.

Press/Media Access
Media access and credentials for RIFC events can be requested by contacting the RIFC Communications department in advance. Only accredited media members on assignment are considered. Media access is limited. Requests for credentials may be denied in RIFC’s sole discretion. Members of the media, and their respective organizations, receiving and using media credentials further agree to the Media Credential Agreement.
Prohibited Items
Any questions regarding prohibited items should be directed to RIFC staff at goal@rhodeislandfc.com prior to attending a match.
For the Safety of all fans, supporters, players, coaches, officials, staff and stadium personnel, the following items are prohibited at all RIFC matches:
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, stun guns, concealed weapons and firearms.
- Flammable items, including lighters and aerosols (pepper spray, etc.)
- Outside food & beverages of any kind.
- Flares, incendiary devices, smoke bombs, sparklers, or fireworks.
- Drugs, including medical marijuana and marijuana in any form, or illegal substances.
- Smoking or tobacco products of any kind, including vaping devices.
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems, including gliders, drones, kites, and any missile or projectile-like objects.
- Cameras with lenses that are larger than 70mm, tripods, and selfie sticks
- Laser pointers/pens.
- Animals or pets, except for service animals.
- Signs, banners, and/or flags that are larger than 3 ft. x 3 ft. (or any other item that could obstruct other patron’s views).
- Inappropriate and/or offensive attire, signs, banners, or flags.
- Non-PVC flag poles.
- Umbrellas (Fans should bring raincoats/ponchos for inclement weather).
- Metal or glass containers of any kind.
- Wristlets or handheld wallets, with or without a strap, larger than 6.5” x 4.5”.
- Backpacks and large bags over 12” x 12” x 6” inches.
- Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, shoes with wheels, or non-medically prescribed wheeled devices except for infant strollers.
- Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, or any other printed materials.
- Frisbees or inflated balls of any kind.
- Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, vuvuzelas, and whistles.
- Confetti.
- Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by RIFC staff.
RIFC staff reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items in their sole discretion, based on the situation.
Rain Check Policy
Soccer matches will be played rain or shine. If there is lightning in the area the match may be delayed or postponed. If a match is postponed, the match will be rescheduled, and your ticket will be valid for that rescheduled match. Re-entry Policy
RIFC has a no re-entry policy. Fans who need to exit and re-renter for emergencies should speak with a RIFC representative at the Fan Services tent in the Fan Fest area prior to exiting the stadium. Re-entry accommodation is limited to emergencies and is at RIFC staff’s discretion.
Restroom Locations
Public restrooms are located under section 5 of the east side bleachers. Portable restrooms and handwashing stations can be found throughout the stadium and in parking areas.
Ride Share
Ride share drop off including Taxi, Uber and Lyft is only available at the Off-Site Overflow Lot at 100 Salem Street. The Off-Site Overflow Lot is accessible via shuttle service. The final shuttle departs Beirne Stadium 60 minutes after the final whistle.
RIPTA
Route 50 of The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) offers a stop on the Bryant University campus near the Chase Wellness Center. RIPTA schedules can be found at ripta.com.
Safety & Security
RIFC’s number one concern is the safety of our fans, staff, players and vendors. To help keep all fans safe, the club asks all fans to abide by the Fan Code of Conduct. Please be aware that soccer balls leaving the field of play can be dangerous and that you should always stay alert. For the safety of everyone in the stadium, we ask that if you see something, say something. If you observe violations of the Fan Code of Conduct, please report the situation to the nearest RIFC staff member, safety services staff member or law enforcement officer.
Schedules

Seating Policy
Fans should only sit in the seats for which they have a valid ticket. Fans may be asked to show their tickets if there is confusion over a specific seat. Seat cushions and seat backs for bleacher sections are permitted.
Service Animals
Service Animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are permitted, provided they are accompanied by the handler and leashed at all times. Owners must carry and be prepared to present the animal’s veterinary record indicating that all vaccinations are up to date and official documentation stating that the animal is an assistance animal. Pets, other than service animals, are not permitted. Please contact RIFC staff for additional information by emailing goal@rhodeislandfc.com or calling RIFC at 401-955-RIFC (7432).
Soccer Balls
Please be aware and alert at all times, as soccer balls leaving the field of play can be dangerous. Fans are not permitted to keep match soccer balls kicked into the stands. RIFC asks fans to return the ball to the nearest RIFC staff member or nearest match ball kid on the field.

Streaming
Live transmission or video streaming of the match are not allowed. Any attempt to commercially broadcast during the match will result in ejection without refund and the potential for being banned from attending future matches.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted, however they may not be stored in the seating areas. Strollers may be checked in at the Fan Services tent in the Fan Fest area.
Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted prior to every match, only in the Bryant University Stadium Lot. Tailgating is not permitted at the Off-Site Overflow Lot. Tailgating starts when parking lots open three hours prior to kickoff, unless communicated otherwise.
- Grills, coolers, chairs, tables and other tailgating materials must be put back into your vehicle before leaving the parking lot to enter the stadium.
- Portable restrooms will be located throughout the tailgating area.
- Do not occupy more than one space per vehicle.
- Charcoal grills are allowed. Please dispose of all hot coals in the red bins provided throughout the tailgating area.
- Oil fryers, kegs, and glass bottles are NOT permitted.
- Open fire pit devices and fires built on the ground are prohibited.
- Propane tanks cannot exceed a cylinder size of 20 pounds.
- Please clean up your own trash. Trash receptacles will be located throughout the tailgating area.
- Tailgating after kickoff or postgame is prohibited.
- Tailgating areas are for RIFC match day ticket holders only.
- Consumption of alcohol and food preparation in tailgate areas must cease at the time of kickoff.
- RIFC staff have the authority to ask guests to turn off any electronics or generators, curtail games and lower the volume or turn off music at any time.
- Tampering with or removing parking lot infrastructure or other guests’ property is strictly prohibited.
- Beirne Stadium is the private property of Bryant University.
- RIFC staff reserves the right to remove those in violation of the RIFC Code of Conduct.
- RIFC and Bryant University are not responsible for any personal items that are damaged, lost, or stolen.
