What is auto-renewal?

Auto-renewal is a convenient way to keep your season ticket membership without manually purchasing the same seats every year. Your season ticket membership automatically renews for the next season during the renewal period, ensuring you never lose your seat(s).

How do I know if I am enrolled in auto-renewal?

As a Season Ticket Member, you are automatically enrolled in auto-renewal per the Rhode Island FC Season Ticket Membership Terms and Conditions.

When does auto-renewal happen?

Season ticket memberships will auto-renew for the next season in early fall. You will be notified via email at least 30 days before your membership is renewed.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, you will either be charged in full or resume the payment plan you used when you first purchased your season ticket membership for the 2025 season.

Will I be notified before I am charged?

Yes, you will receive an email reminder at least 30 days before your card is charged.

Can I update my preferred form of payment?

Yes, log in to your Rhode Island FC Account Manager to update your card information any time before the renewal deadline (August 13).

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you will be notified via email and phone by a Ticketing Team Member and given time to update your payment information. Failure to resolve payment issues could result in the cancellation of your season ticket membership.

Can I keep the same seats every year?

Yes, Season Ticket Members in good standing keep their same seats year after year with auto-renewal. If you choose to change your seat location, you will have priority access for upgrades during the seat relocation period.
