Auto-renewal is a convenient way to keep your Rhode Island FC season tickets without having to manually purchase them each year. Your membership automatically renews for the next season, ensuring you never lose your seat(s).
All 2025 Season Ticket Members are automatically enrolled in auto-renewal per our ticketing terms and conditions.
Auto-renewal occurs in the early fall for the following season. You will receive advance notice via email at least 30 days prior to any changes.
You will either be charged in full or put on a monthly payment plan. Your payment is based on the payment option chosen by you during the 2025 season.
Yes, we will send a reminder email at least 30 days before your card is charged. This email will include the renewal rate, payment options, and how to make changes.
Absolutely! Log into your Rhode Island FC Account Manager to update your credit or debit card any time before the renewal deadline.
Yes, you can opt out any time before the renewal deadline. Instructions for opting out are included in the reminder email. Once your auto-renewal is processed, all sales are final per our ticketing terms and conditions.
If your payment does not go through, you will be notified by email and phone and given time to update your information. Failure to resolve payment issues could result in the cancellation of your season tickets.
Yes. Season Ticket Members in good standing retain their seat location each year with auto-renewal. You’ll also have priority access for upgrades during the seat relocation period.

Rhode Island FC will open the 2025 USL Championship home season on Saturday, May 3rd, versus San Antonio FC.
Eighteen (18) games are included in a 2025 season ticket membership: 15 regular season games, two (2) USL Jägermeister Cup games, and one (1) bonus game.
Yes!
Yes! Once you purchase your seats in the Centreville Bank Stadium starting in the 2025 season, your seats (and membership) will automatically renew each year. Season Ticket Members will have the option to opt out of the auto-renew process before the following season.
