Accessibility
Centreville Bank Stadium is committed to providing an enjoyable and inclusive experience for all guests. Wheelchair-accessible and companion seating is available throughout the stadium. Email Tickets@RhodeIslandFC.com if you require accessible seating. For additional information or assistance, email StadiumInfo@RhodeIslandFC.com. Guests in need of assistance upon arrival are encouraged to visit Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse or notify any stadium employee.

Alcohol
Centreville Bank Stadium encourages responsible drinking. Proper identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 21 years old to buy alcohol inside the stadium.
- Any person attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages must show a valid form of identification. Accepted form of identification are: Any valid state driver’s license, valid military ID, passport or Rhode Island state ID card
- Any person observed passing alcoholic beverages to an underaged person is subject to prosecution and/or ejection from the stadium
- Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into or out of the stadium
- Stadium and event staff reserve the right to discontinue alcohol sales to any person at any time
- For Rhode Island FC games, all alcohol sales will end at the 75-minute mark
Assistive Listening Devices
Centreville Bank Stadium offers advanced assistive listening devices for Rhode Island FC games and all other ticketed events. Guests can borrow advanced assistive listening devices for free from Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse by leaving an ID.

Baby changing stations are in the following locations:

Bag Policy
Clear bags, diaper bags and medical bags are permitted but subject to search upon entry. Small wristlets or handheld wallets, with or without a strap, are permitted if they do not exceed 6.5” x 4.5”. Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags must not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”. To request an exception to the stadium’s bag policy, email StadiumInfo@RhodeIslandFC.com at least 48 hours before the event you plan to attend.

Banners, Signs & Flags
Handheld banners, signs and flags are encouraged and welcomed. All banners, signs and flags must be:
- No larger than 3’ x 3’
- Be relevant to the event
- May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by Centreville Bank Stadium management in their sole discretion
- May not cover existing stadium signage or obstruct the view of other guests
- May not create a safety hazard for others
- May be removed at any time at the sole discretion of Centreville Bank Stadium management
All banners and signs that do not fall within the above guidelines must be approved by the Centreville Bank Stadium management no later than 48 hours before the event. Please email StadiumInfo@RhodeIslandFC.com to submit a request for entry.
Beverage, Food & Containers
No outside food or drink is permitted in Centreville Bank Stadium. Exceptions for fans with dietary restrictions or health conditions may be requested by emailing StadiumInfo@RhodeIslandFC.com. Metal or glass containers of any kind are prohibited inside Centreville Bank Stadium.
Bike Racks
Bike racks are available around the stadium to lock your bike during events. Usage of bike racks is at your own risk. Please bring your own lock.

Cameras & Video Equipment
Professional cameras with lenses larger than 70mm, video cameras, GoPro and similar cameras, tripods and selfie sticks are prohibited. Video recording, reproduction or live streaming of any event held at the stadium is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Centreville Bank Stadium or the event organizer.
Children’s Tickets
For Rhode Island FC games, children two years old and younger do not need a ticket, provided they sit on their guardian’s lap. If a child requires a seat, they must have a ticket.
For non-Rhode Island FC events, refer to the event organizer’s ticket policy for more information.
Comments/Suggestions
Guests wishing to speak to a stadium or event employee can visit Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse. Guests can also email comments or suggestions to StadiumInfo@RhodeIslandFC.com.
Concessions
Guests with comments, suggestions or questions about concessions, food allergies or dietary restrictions or those looking for more information or assistance are encouraged to email StadiumInfo@RhodeIslandFC.com.

Digital Tickets
Printed, screenshotted or emailed tickets will not be accepted at the gates. If you experience difficulties accessing your tickets before or upon arrival at the stadium, visit the Box Office near the Ford North Gate.
For Rhode Island FC games, fans are encouraged to access their tickets via the Rhode Island FC app.
Drinking Fountains & Water Bottle Refill Stations
Drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations are available throughout Centreville Bank Stadium.

Elevators
Centreville Bank Stadium has two public elevators available for guest use. One is behind Section 114 on the south end and the other is behind Section 128 on the northeast corner of the stadium.
Emergency Procedures
In case of emergency or severe weather, follow the instructions delivered by the stadium and event staff, the public address system and the video boards around the stadium.

Fan Code of Conduct
To read Centreville Bank Stadium’s Fan Code of Conduct, click here. Fans who do not adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct may be removed from the stadium without refund or re-entry. For serious violations of the Fan Code of Conduct, Centreville Bank Stadium further reserves the right to ban fans from future games and events as determined in their sole discretion. Staff reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior. If you are experiencing issues in-game or in-event, contact the nearest stadium or event staff employee for assistance.
Field & Restricted Area Trespassing
Guests who attempt to enter the field of play, stage or any other restricted area before, during or after an event without prior written approval from Centreville Bank Stadium will be removed immediately and may face a ban from future events at the stadium.
First Aid
First Aid is behind Section 114. If you require immediate assistance, notify the nearest stadium or event staff employee.
Flashing Lights
Flashing light visual effects may be used during events at Centreville Bank Stadium. Fans with photosensitivity may access the Sensory Room behind Section 115 on the south concourse at any time.

Gate Times
Gate opening times vary by event. Please refer to the event specific communication information and follow the relevant social media channels for the latest updates.
For Rhode Island FC games, gates will usually open 60 minutes before the scheduled kickoff time. Any exceptions to this schedule will be announced in Rhode Island FC communications.
Guest Services
Guest Services is behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse and will open when the gates open and stay open until 30 minutes after the event ends.

Lockers
Bag lockers are available to rent on a first-come, first-serve basis outside on the North Plaza.
Lost & Found
Guests may inquire about lost and found items at Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse during events. To inquire after an event, email StadiumInfo@RhodeIslandFC.com.
Lost Persons
If a member of your group is lost or separated, notify the nearest stadium or event staff employee immediately and security will be informed. Guests who are separated from their group will be taken to Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse. Centreville Bank Stadium encourages guests to instruct their group on what to do if they become separated.

Merchandise
The Rhode Island FC Team Store powered by Capelli Sport is near the Ford North Gate behind Sections 133 and 134. Additional portable merchandise stands will be open throughout Centreville Bank Stadium on game days. Click here to purchase merchandise online.

Noise-Making Devices
Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, vuvuzelas, whistles and megaphones are prohibited.
Nursing Room
Located behind Section 114, a Nursing Room is available for the comfort and privacy of nursing parents. The space accommodates one group at a time and includes a comfortable chair, a changing station and a power outlet.

Parking
Through a combination of publicly and privately owned areas, there are at least 3,600 parking spaces available to fans, the majority within a 15-minute walk to the stadium. Click here for more information about parking and to pre-purchase a parking pass for select events, including all Rhode Island FC home games.
For Rhode Island FC games, stadium-managed parking lots open three (3) hours before kickoff. Any exceptions to this schedule will be announced in Rhode Island FC communications.

Payment Methods
Centreville Bank Stadium is a cashless venue. Independent food trucks on-site may or may not accept cash as a form of payment.
Guests can convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards in $25 and $50 increments at Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse at events. Visa® prepaid cards can be used everywhere in Centreville Bank Stadium, but Rhode Island Pie Co., sponsored by High Noon, Tidewater Market, sponsored by High Noon, and The Crossbar, sponsored by Sun Cruiser. There is no cost to get a Visa® prepaid card and no fees to use the card. Any money remaining on a card after an event can be spent outside the stadium. Cards are not reloadable.
Guests who wish to convert cash in $5 increments can exchange cash for an in-stadium voucher at Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse. In-stadium vouchers can be used everywhere in Centreville Bank Stadium, but independent food trucks and Rhode Island Pie Co., sponsored by High Noon, Tidewater Market, sponsored by High Noon, and The Crossbar, sponsored by Sun Cruiser. There are no fees to convert cash into or use a voucher.
Press/Media Access
Media access and credentials for events at Centreville Bank Stadium can be requested from the Communications department in advance. Only accredited media members on assignment are considered. Media access is limited. Requests for credentials may be denied at Centreville Bank Stadium’s sole discretion. Media members and their respective organizations who receive and use media credentials further agree to the Media Credential Agreement.
Prohibited Items
For the safety of all guests, performers, players, coaches, officials, staff and stadium personnel, the following items are prohibited at all Centreville Bank Stadium events:
- Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives
- Flammable items, including lighters and aerosols (pepper spray, mace, etc.)
- Outside food and beverages of any kind
- Flares, incendiary devices, smoke devices, sparklers or fireworks
- Drugs, including medical marijuana and marijuana in any form or illegal substances
- Smoking or tobacco products of any kind, including vaping devices and e-cigarettes
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems, including gliders, drones, kites and any missile or projectile-like objects
- Professional cameras with lenses larger than 70mm, video cameras, GoPro and similar cameras, tripods and selfie sticks
- Laser pointers/pens
- Animals or pets, except for service animals
- Signs, banners and flags larger than 3’ x 3’ (or any other item that may obstruct another guest’s view)
- Inappropriate and/or offensive attire, signs, banners or flags
- Non-PVC flag poles
- Umbrellas
- Metal or glass containers of any kind
- Coolers, containers (e.g., bottles, cans), flasks, thermoses or ice chests
- Wristlets or handheld wallets, with or without a strap, larger than 6.5” x 4.5”
- Backpacks and bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
- Luggage, computer bags, briefcases, backpacks, large purses and camera cases
- Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or non-medically prescribed wheeled devices, except for infant strollers that may be stored underneath your seats
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements or any other printed materials
- Frisbees and inflated balls of any kind
- Seat cushions or portable chairs
- Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, vuvuzelas, whistles and megaphones are prohibited
- Confetti
- Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by stadium management
Centreville Bank Stadium staff reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items at their sole discretion based on the situation. For any questions about prohibited items, email StadiumInfo@RhodeIslandFC.com.
R
Rain Check Policy
Rhode Island FC games will be played rain or shine. If lightning is present in the area, the game may be delayed or postponed. If a game is postponed, it will be rescheduled and your ticket will be valid for that new date and time. For more information, email Tickets@RhodeIslandFC.com.

Re-entry Policy
Centreville Bank Stadium has a no re-entry policy. Guests who need to exit and re-enter for emergencies should speak with a stadium employee at Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse before leaving the stadium. Re-entry accommodation is limited to emergencies and is at the stadium staff’s discretion.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located behind sections 129/130, 134/135, 102/103, 113/114 and 118/119. Single-occupancy restrooms are available throughout Centreville Bank Stadium.
Rideshare
The designated rideshare (Uber and Lyft) drop-off and pickup zone is at 468 Pleasant Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860.
RIPTA
RIPTA operates a network of fixed-route bus services across Rhode Island. Pawtucket is served by nine RIPTA routes, which offer connections to Providence, the South Attleboro MBTA Station, Central Falls, Lincoln and East Providence. All routes stop at the Pawtucket/Central Falls Transit Center. The Pawtucket/Central Falls Transit Center is a 15-minute walk to the stadium. Routes 1 and 71 operate near the stadium, stopping along East Avenue, Pawtucket Avenue and George Street, and allow fans to access remote parking lots outside of Pawtucket, such as the South Attleboro MBTA Station lot or the park and ride areas in Pawtucket. Rhode Island FC game days feature a free and identifiable bus called Route R-1636, looping continuously between key bus stops and Centreville Bank Stadium every 8 to 10 minutes. Route R-1636 is the only RIPTA bus providing direct service to Centreville Bank Stadium, dropping passengers off at nearby Ivan Perez Memorial Park.
Fans can board Route R-1636 for free at the following locations:
- Pawtucket/Central Falls Transit Center
- Reserved Lot M7
- Fans parking in M7, M8, M9, M10 and M11 can board here.
- Exchange after Broad (Stop ID: 055990)
- Reserved Lot M12
- Fans parking in M12 can board here.
- Fans parking in M13, M14 and M15 are in walking distance to this stop.
- Roosevelt Avenue (Stop ID: 023125)
- Division Street Bridge
- Ivan Perez Memorial Park
- R-1636 will drop passengers off for the game here. It is the closest bus stop to Centreville Bank Stadium. Fans will board for their return trip here.

The free game day service (R-1636) will begin operating three hours before game time and continue until one hour after all post-game events conclude.

Safety & Security

To report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct or any suspicious activity, notify the nearest stadium or event staff employee, safety services team member or law enforcement officer or text the stadium at 401-205-8338. If you see something, say something!
Sensory Room & Sensory Bags
Centreville Bank Stadium partnered with KultureCity to create sensory accessibility and inclusion during all stadium events. Located behind Section 115, a Sensory Room is available for guests who may experience sensory overload and is equipped with soft seating and sensory-friendly tools.
Guests can borrow KultureCity sensory bags with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools and other resources for free from Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse by leaving an ID.
Service Animals
Certified service animals are permitted at Centreville Bank Stadium. Service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times when inside the stadium.
Smoking & Tobacco Use
Centreville Bank Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, vaping and the use of all tobacco products, including vaping devices and e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited in all areas of the stadium.

Streaming
Live transmission or video streaming of events at the stadium is prohibited. Any attempt to commercially broadcast during the event will result in ejection without refund and the potential for being banned from attending future events.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted inside Centreville Bank Stadium but must be safely stored underneath your seats to avoid blocking aisles, walkways or exits. Strollers that cannot be stored underneath your seats must be checked in at Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse.

Tickets
For Rhode Island FC home games, fans can inquire about season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, single-game tickets and premium seats by emailing Tickets@RhodeIslandFC.com, calling 401-955-RIFC (7432) or speaking with an Account Executive at the Ticketing Tent or Box Office staff at the Box Office near the Ford North Gate.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are prohibited inside Centreville Bank Stadium. Fans should bring raincoats or ponchos for inclement weather.

Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to assist guests from the stadium entrance to their seats. Visit Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse or speak with any Guest Services employee to request a wheelchair escort. Please note that wheelchairs and staff will not remain with guests for the event.
