Klein joined Rhode Island FC on Aug. 14, 2026 on loan from Major League Soccer club New England Revolution.
Before RIFC: After joining the Revolution Academy in 2023, Klein quickly worked his way up the professional ranks, making his professional debut with New England Revolution II in July while helping the U-19 side win its second-straight MLS Next Cup title. Klein thrived during his first full season with Revs II in 2024, leading the team with 23 starts and 2,215 minutes. The breakout season earned Klein 2024 Revolution Academy Player of the Year honors and his first professional contract. On May 23, 2025, Klein signed with the first team as the 15th Homegrown Player in Revolution history. In total, Klein brings more than 50 professional appearances to the Ocean State at just 19 years old, including 11 appearances with the New England Revolution’s first team. At the international level, he has featured twice in four call-ups to the U.S. U-20 Youth National Team.
